Coach trip. Hotel in not a good area of Rome looks poor needs badly updating carpet on stairs ripped lift slow rooms are kept clean as best as they can furniture basic beds not comfortable noise from traffic going passed on main road breakfast plain nothing special would not recommend till it’s been updated. .

Not 4 star but perfectly adequate hotel close to Vatican and transport. Not 4 star but we were in room 429. Good powerful shower and fridge working well. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Hotel is tired and requires upgrade. Coffee and tea making not avail label but we knew in advance and brought our own travel kettle/tea/coffee etc. room safe also was great. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Breakfast was same each day but hot and cold choices. We had a great stay here and close to Vatican City and public transport.. .

Good. Nice hotel friendly staff. Tv wasn't working reported it but was never fixed not a big deal rubber seal fell of sink which resulted in water leaking on floor just fixed it myself !!.

Awful.. The room was awful.. The bed felt like it was cupboard boxes with a sheet on. The shower head was broken. There was mould on the walls. Wallpaper was peeling off. The carpet had awful stains on. The aircon didn’t work. We asked to change room, after a day of asking we were finally moved to a different room. This was the same but at least the air con worked.

Good. Good variety of breakfast. Clean room. Hotel is near tourist attractions in Vatican City.. The Wi-Fi signal is terrible. There is no Wi-Fi signal in the room at all. You have to sit outside the room to get a Wi-Fi signal. City tax was charged at check-in but was not mentioned at the time of booking as an additional charge or not included in the price. It was stated that the price was the total price the guest had to pay and there were no additional charges..

Disappointed. A very convenient location, only 15 minutes walk to Vatican. The staff are very nice and polite. Free breakfast is a big bonus, however the cleanliness of the hotel is extremely poor. The bathroom smells really bad, it’s dirty and old, the smell was unbearable. Defo not a 4 star hotel, would give it a two out of five. There is no sound proof between the walls, you can hear everything.. .
