Our stay was disappointing due to poor service, rude staff, and lack of basic cleanliness and respect.. The location of the property was convenient, and the room was adequately comfortable for our stay. The initial check-in process was smooth.. We were very disappointed with our experience at this property. Despite paying for breakfast for two days, we were only able to have it on one day. When we finally had breakfast, most of the dishes were dirty, and we had to clean them ourselves. When we asked the staff for assistance, they were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. They did not apologize and even told us to leave if we didn’t like it, which we found extremely disrespectful. The lack of professionalism and hospitality was unacceptable..
