The hotel full of mold. Il albergo più schifoso in cui siamo mai stati prima, tutto ma assolutamente tutto sa di muffa, tutto è vecchio, la tipa Indonesiana alla reception è di una antipatia pazzesca, un albergo che dovrebbe essere chiuso per la sanità, non so Como ancora nessuno ha sporto denuncia, e un pericolo per la salute.

Great hotel in a great location, close to to the city centre, faciliated with everything you need. It was a great value. The bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and tidy with every facility needed, including hairdryer.. There was no cover on the blanket, they pushed the blanket between two sheets and that was all. The heating was not functioning despite we had a controller in the room. The wall was not finished. Last but not least: they decided to reconstruct the building during our stay. The construction works started on each business day around 8:30 in the morning, with such noise, you were not able to rest during a holiday, it was really annoying. I would advise to them if they would like to renovate something, at least they shold start it after the check-out (11:00)..
