Exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience with friendly service and a great location. The location is perfect — very close to the Louvre, Jardin du Tuileries, and Galeries Lafayette. And other attractions are also within walking distance! The staff is very friendly, always ready to help with recommendations, and make sure the stay is comfortable. Great communication and flexible check-in time.. .

My expectations were exceeded on all counts.. A great location surrounded by Japanese restaurants and takeaways - the best Onigiri at Omusubi Gonpei, 3 minutes walk away. Within walking distance (30 minutes) off Gare du Nord and 10 minutes from Opéra Garnier, it was a perfect location.. Nothing.

Lovely hotel. The staff at Hotel Baudelaire Opéra were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was lovely with the mezzanine bedroom and it is a great location. The only downside is it was quite noisy, we could often hear our neighbours going up and down their stairs or using the bathroom etc. . .

horrendous and disgusting. the whole room smelled like mold. the only light that worked in my room was flickering and the radiator was never cleaned! IT WAS THE MOST DISGUSTING PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN. I did not stay and left immediately . .

Great staff, great location, great sleep.. Very friendly and pro-active staff. Also excellent in other languages than French. Walking distance from many points of interest and close to a connecting subway station. Would go back. Value for money.. .

Disappointing. It was okay.. More room. It was tiny. It could have been a little more modern and comfortable. The reservation made through Booking is a complicated process that doesn't actually charge the card. I almost missed making my payment in time. Had to waste more time solving this when the hotel called at the last minute while I was in transit. It would help to have a system where you book your room and are done with it..
