I am happy to recommend this hotel.. I visited this hotel for the second time and I was satisfied with the service and attitude of the staff, who are always helpful, I would like to especially appreciate the approach of the receptionist Emre, he has a pleasant, helpful and professional approach to guests. The rooms were always nicely cleaned and I appreciate the comfortable beds, only the bathroom lighting is very poor especially the mirrors. The only small criticism is on the service in the lounge where it was always necessary to look for the staff if you needed something (lack of glasses, cutlery, open a bottle of wine, debar tables) unfortunately we have this experience from the first visit to the hotel. However, I must commend the attitude of Kerim who was interested in our satisfaction and after getting this information the problem was solved the next day. In any case, I am happy to recommend this hotel.. .

EXCEPTIONAL STAY. Very good location, close by the metro, very professional staff , very good ambiance, rooms are clean, and vey quite, breakfast is excellent with very good quality and variety.
