Never again.. . The hotel accepted a large group of guests filling up 2 big buses. An for such a small lobby it was a nightmare to get the breakfast. We had a flight early in the morning and bought the hotel breakfast to avoid eating at the airport. Big mistake. We paid the hotel breakfast, which we could eat because there was no food at all, and had to pay again at the airport. When I say no food at all I mean really nothing, completely empty trays, no coffee, no orange juice and no water! And of course no place to sit. I made several complaints and till today zero answer. Awful..

The very worst hotel for years, B&B's quality is going down. 5 minutes by foot to next train station. Except one easy going guy in the morning the reception staff's english was very poor and this led to wrong invoice content, namely my company address missing. Upon asking kindly to correct it, the receptionist lady instead of admitting her mistake, started to arrogantly and childishly blame me I supposedly forgot to request it and rejected to help me until the manager came and promised to sort things out until the next day. @management: please train your staff better - two guys in business suits with laptop bags = 99% business trip which is paid by company = company invoice needed. Every receptionist should be coached to offer automatically to issue an invoice on the company.
For 130 Euro the rooms were poorly equipped, didnt even had a hair dryer, the floor was ugy vinyl, the blanket and cushion like from a prison bed and the "bathroom" looked like plastic interior from a camper car.
The breaksast for 12 Euro was the worst I ever was served. Or to be more precise was not served: when I arrived a tourist bus group just left and the kitchen staff did refill nothing and both coffee makers broken. When I asked for some healthy options other then the few white bread slices, nutella, old cheese, Kellogs cerealsI was told they have nothing like that. Eventually I ended up eating two super cheap looking yogurts and a mint tea. The tea I had to drink from tiny paper cups like from a water server..
