Excellent hotel. A quite small hotel just off the main road - therefore quite quiet. The rooms are perfectly adequate if a little basic, but well equipped and well prepared. The breakfast was very good. The proximity to the Metro makes this an excellent base from which to explore Paris. Highly recommend.. .

very dirty hotel, they need to clean up the place. in the room, the toilet paper had a fingerprint in the toilet rool and the roll was wet, so the last person in the room before me must have dropped it in the toilet and the cleaners didnt even check it disgusting. the cleanliness was terrible, toilet paper with thumb print in it, weird dust on desk and weird dead bugs in room. see photos. scary.

Good location, small but clean & fresh.. I chose this hotel as it was in a good location for me arriving by train and my husband by plane. It is a 20 minute walk from Montparnasse station or just a few minutes on the Metro then a two minute walk. Arriving from PCdG my husband took the RER then had a five minute walk. As with many hotel rooms in Paris, ours was small. But clean, bright and had AC which was essential in a heat wave. The bathroom was tiny but the shower lovely. Lovely good quality bed linen. The choice at breakfast was limited but we were quite late. We found a lovely restaurant ‘L’empreinte’ just 150m away. There is a great pedestrianised street Rue Daguerre, 5 minutes walk away, much like a traditional market with fresh produce stalls. Cafe Daguerre offers great people watching & good friendly service.. .

Such a kind staff. The places is small but very cozy, they have a very beautiful rooms but a little small. The ratio price/quality is very good. The staff (Sophie and Calvin) are very friendly people and help us a lot to figure out some questions we had. The area is not that close Frome the Downtown but definitely very good area to stay if you don't want to waste a lot of money. Is a metro station pretty close Frome the hotel. .

HORRIBLE, DON'T GO HERE!!!. . Worst hotel experience ever! ❌❌❌ The WiFi didn’t work at all, and our room was in the basement, where it smelled horribly musty even after airing it out. The door was extremely difficult to open, and the room was located right next to the dining area, so we were woken up at 7 AM by noisy guests heading to breakfast. The worst part was the staff – completely unhelpful! When we asked to change rooms, they literally laughed in our faces. The room door was made of glass and positioned in a way that anyone walking to the dining area could see inside – zero privacy! Never again. Definitely do not recommend! 👎.

Terrible Service. This is the first time I write a negative review about a hotel I’ve stayed at, most importantly due to the poor service. We were charged the same rate for two rooms that were of a very different standard. My sister and I were given a room that was so small and claustrophobic that our luggage didn’t fit. While some might argue that all Paris hotels are small, the inadequate design of this room made it very uncomfortable. My mom’s room was slightly better, but it had a bathtub instead of a standing shower which makes me question how considerate the hotel is in terms of accessibility. Thankfully, a kind lady at reception moved my sister and I to a bigger room on the fourth floor. This was very much appreciated by us, however, the floor and our room smelled of smoke everyday. Our showers were freezing in the midst of winter which left us feeling unwell. When we reported it to reception, we were told that this was due to a large number of residents showering at the same time which should not happen when customers are paying for a comfortable stay. However, I would have been understanding if this was an isolated incident, but we unfortunately had freezing showers throughout our entire stay! Many of the staff’s responses to complaints reiterate that hotels in Paris are small, however, this is not a complaint about amenities as much as it is about service and treatment of customers. Some staff members were particularly dismissive and condescending. Had these issues been addressed appropriately, I would not be leaving this review, but I do not appreciate how we were treated and would not recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Paris.. .
