Scam hotel. They scammed me with refund nor booking nor anything. Booking.com help them to do it. in one hour I booked canceled when booking where saying that you can cancel with a cut but it's took everything and now they are questioning "my intentions", Just stay away!!. .

Nice accommodation at Gulhane Corner Hotel. Everything is great, the location, hospitality from staff specially Mr. Hazar, food, and the room is good.. Nothing.

Location very good, hotel not so good. We arrived in the area using the Marmaray train. The hotel is relatively close to the station (train and tram). From there, we walked to the hotel reception. There, we were told that there were no more rooms available and gave us a room in another hotel (Istanbul Quietness Hotel), which is at a walking distance. Now here, the room was relatively clean, with some exceptions: - Hand towel in the bathroom (brown dot on it) - Some dots on the bed sheets also. - Bathroom ceiling dirty (from humidity since there is no ventilation / window there) The breakfast was not bad. Nothing special, some fresh vegetables, coffe (instant I believe from a machine), boiled eggs, butter and jelly, juice and other stuff like that. The place to eat was very tiny. The review was actually for Quietness Hotel, but since my booking was for Gulhane corner i'll leave it here. Since the owner is the same (from what I was told) the conditions may be similar. The reception told me that the one I stayed in is better.. .

Double booked and downgraded room, no refunds or compensation, terrible service and rude staff. Double booked. Moved me to a downgraded single room at another hotel 150m away and made me switch hotels on the second day of my stay. Non-refundable and no compensation offered. Rude receptionist despite being polite to him. Do not recommend at all.. .

Good. Near to many places breakfast very good staff friendly.. i request iron but 2 times no show. lift elevator too small but ok u can hear tram passing by at night but ok for feeling.
