Nice stay, but was asked to pay city tax although I had email from bookin.com saying it was included. Location good start nice. Not having tea/coffee facilities.

It’s the best place to stay in Paris.. Feel at home, bed is comfortable and the kiosk service is excellent.. None.

Exceptional. Special thanks to Olga and second receptionist(sorry, forgot the name 😔) in the Hotel. They were very friendly, helpful, made my stay warm and cozy in the Hotel. I stayed at other 4 stars hotel in Paris before, but only this hotel choice has been successful by now: staff, amenities, overall maintenance condition were good.. .

Exceptional. Very charming place in a good location close to the metro & cafes/restaurants, but not too touristy or overcrowded. Might feel too small if you're traveling as a family/bigger group, but I was perfectly content. My room had a cute little balcony that I quite enjoyed because the weather was so nice & I appreciated having a mini-fridge as well. Front desk staff were all incredibly lovely -- welcoming, helpful, & even kind enough to take the time so I could practice my French. Will definitely try to stay here again next time I'm in Paris.. n/a.

Disappointing. Staff were friendly. Room was a decent size. Bathroom and toilet were clean.. Pillows were stained and only one spare for 2 people. Bed was two mattresses pushed together and so the middle was uncomfortable. No hot drink facilities. Rough towels and although bedding was clean, did not smell fresh. No sanitary bin in toilet. Dirty floors. Walls were extremely thin and could hear noise constantly, did not sleep well at all and had to use earphones. No robes/slippers..

Good, clean, great staff, good location!. Good, clean, great staff, good location. Even though it was a non smoking room/suite, We could smell the cigarette smokes coming from the windows through the backyard due to which we were uncomfortable..
