customer service is exceptional. The customer service was exceptional, particularly the receptionist, Guven. We encountered difficulties with our previous hotel and were searching for alternative accommodations when we came across the Victory Hotel. Guven promptly checked for availability and even provided a portal to showcase three different rooms, allowing us to make an informed decision. His customer-centric approach was commendable. We had a four-night stay at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The hotel offered a swimming pool and complimentary breakfast. The hotel staff, particularly Engin, provided exceptional service.
Guven is an exemplary representative of this hotel, consistently exceeding expectations in his role.

Pleasant. The location of the hotel is very central and it is easy access within 10-15mins to all the major landmarks, restaurants and shops. The Spa area was very modern, really clean, in much better state then the hotel itself.. The rooms are very basic and didn't quite allow for family to comfortably stay there. We had additional single bed put into the room which were not able to book online. The hotel staff did try and help. The breakfast was again basic and the selection was very limited. The drinks machines were not filled up all the time. The bathroom in the room had a shower which was constantly facing the wall and it was not possible to move this centrally. On the first floor WIFI was on and off however if you had a room on the 3rd floor or above WIFI coverage was great..
