Cosy stay, super friendly and helpful staff!!. Location to Marmaray, amazing staff!! Interesting design and very nice balcony. For me ok, but can be important for someone that this is very centre and the street is noisy till late night. Keep in mind if your sleep is sensitive.
The bathroom door is not closing properly, wasn’t a problem for me but if you are a ‘splish-splash’ kind of person you can make a pond in the room :).

Very good. Location was ideal and walkable to most of tourist spots like Blue mosque, hagia Sofia, topkapi palace, basilica cistern ~ 12 mins walk. The gentleman at reception was very kind and helpful.. The lady at reception was not very friendly, breakfast was from 8-10 we reached maybe 10 mins early and she refused to serve saying its closed, no apology nothing. We just wanted bread butter and tea. At least as a courtesy could have offered some cold items. After my husband requested for tea she gave it. Anyways not that much important but still something to note to improve the service..

The location is great, but the hotel needs renovation. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the location and the friendly staff. You can also get a beautiful view of the Bosphorus if you go out on the balcony.. Breakfast was unacceptable: one egg, one slice of sausage, three olives, three cucumber slices, three tomato slices, a small portion of cheese, bread, and a portion of jam and chocolate paste, tea. And that's the whole breakfast.
Another disadvantage is the bathroom. As many people have already written, water constantly leaks out and it is difficult to close the door tightly..

Good breakfast. The bathroom was not separated from the beds properly with walls, so if one person using the toilet the other can see what's going on. Not comfortable in that sense.
The location is live and full of restaurants so expect some noise at night.

Exceptional. The staffs was very friendly and honest, i left my money and my passport and everything at the room and the cleaner was coming cleaning when i was out and nothing was missing.. very good service the guys was very respectful and good with us. .
