谢谢金发的经理，救了我的旅途. 在这家酒店住了将近一个星期，我非常感恩服务员和经理的诚实。第一天晚上我意外的把钱包忘在出租车上，酒店的年轻经理花了好几个小时帮我想办法和出租车公司沟通，后来第二天他居然联系上我们那一两车的司机！ 师傅也非常诚实把钱包专门带了回来，里面有两千多欧！这次我可真的改变我对意大利人的看法了！ Thank you very much dear director for spending so much saving my trip and my wallet! The hotel was also very clean and stylish, buy the differencd was definitely made by the service! I will for sure come back!. .

A hotel worth at most one star. Nothing at all, this hotel is faraway of being a 4 stars hotel.. The bathroom was full of mold.
The air temperature was always at 25 degrees. Despite informing the staff, they said they couldn’t do anything because it’s the standard temperature for the entire hotel.
The room, the floor, and all the corners were full of mosquitoes and dirt. The worst hotel experience so far.

Decent stay I would say.. Got this room for 2 and it’s not bad considering the price! A little far from the places we wanted to visit but it was a comfortable stay :) Check in time was a little late so we had to keep our baggage in the storage room however all is well. We got the breakfast included & it wasn’t bad! Had a full breakfast but the coffee wasn’t hot by the time i had my breakfast (was kept in a thermos). Visited end 18th April & Im concerned abt the amount of mosquitoes that were in the room within 2 night me and my friend killed a total of 5 mosquitoes and it really affected my friend because she got bitten on her eyelid which made it swollen and we were worried she wouldn’t be able to take pictures. Toilet wasn’t the most prettiest or pleasant but toiletries were provided as well as hairdryer! There was also a kettle and coffee that we could make.. .

Great position. One of the best breakfast with the freshest pastries! Even though the rooms and the carpet is dated, the bed was comfortable and the position is outstanding. The service was amazing and the staff very friendly and accommodating.. .

Bad. . booked a room without breakfast and in the morning i went to bar to get a coffe , one blonde staff asked me whats my room number and i tried to tell her I don’t have breakfast , but she obiously didnt intersting at all for what I said , and also because I had to stay in this hotel for work reason ,and I slept in a different room every night .I answered the wrong room number, and she acted like I didn't want to pay for the coffee, and yelled that I needed to pay at the counter. I told the man work on the reception about this attitude problem but the staff didn't respond and pretended not to hear me. Anyway , hotel good , room clean , everything’s great besides the staff which has the turn on 14-03-2025 morning in bar and reception !.
