Very confortable room. Very comfortable, clean, all what we need, very friendly and helpful staff. We love the breakfast and the location, close to the subway station. We had an amazing time. The room layout was perfect for us with 2 areas for the bathroom, one with the toiler and the other one with the shower, brilliant idea! Every day had coffee and tea in the room also they brought a water bottle complimentary daily.. .

Took money on arrival and NOT refunded after months of chasing. Stayed at this hotel 24 May to 28 May. On arrival reception took money from our bank saying its was in case we spend on our room, saying its normal practice and will be refunded on departure. I asked on departure for the refund as we spent nothing. I was told it had been processed and will show in a few days. Reception confirmed we had NOT spent anything. I am still waiting for this £56.54. Also after we got home i saw another £33.32, taking without consent. After asking I was told this was for a breakfast - which we never had. Still waiting for this to be refunded. Never trust this hotel - shocking!!!!. .

Poor. . Our Air Conditioning wasn’t working in the room and when we spoke to staff about it there was nothing they could do. We asked if we could have a fan if they couldn’t change our room and they said they don’t have a fan. Not helpful at all!.

Hotel stay is excellent except for the location. Size of the room is very big for a family to stay comfortably. Food selection for the breakfast was nice.. Location is very bad, looked like living in garbage disposal area. Lot of illegal immigrants, activities were happening in the nearby..

Good. Big size rooms, bath tub, Reception let us check in early!. Room was hot, no plates or cutleries in the room..

Average. Rooms are really big - circa 30m2. Breakfast is also good with wide variety of food. But... service level is rather poor, welcome drink only for one, not every guest (as usual), quite reluctant to accept late check out inquiry. Hotel lobby not very clean and nice. I would try something better next time.. .

Short trip to Paris.. Location, cleanliness, staff, breakfast.. Unfortunately, pillows are horrible the same as all the other hotels..
