Friendly and helpful staff. Our appreciation goes to the staff. We are a couple and we entered in the reception of the hotel in the middle of the night to ask for help in order to call an Uber or Taxi (in Istanbul is a big problem with Uber because everybody cancels you). The staff was really supportive, gave us water and helped us to stop a taxi. The first taxi was a scam (he wanted to charge the price for going to the airport for a 4km ride) and we came back to the hotel. The staff was so friendly again and talked firmly to the next driver about the price in turkish. We are really grateful for their kindness and, for sure, we will recommend them and try to come there for our next stay in Istanbul.. .

Tonight Port Hotel - Perfect Stay. The hotel is really great. All was perfect: cleanliness, vibes, food, location, facilities and above all - the staff who were really so welcoming and friendly. I had an issue with my room, so they compensated me really really well just to ensure that I enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend.. .

Passable. The property was perfect location is perfect. but the staff is very very uncomfortable and discussing and don’t stay your car on vale becouse the vale make scratch of all your car ! Unprofessional staff and vale 2 days 2 scratch 😂🤣🤣.

Bad. . I had an extremely distressing stay and I left after an unacceptable incident.
1. Privacy Violation: A hotel technician entered my room without permission while my wife and children were sleeping. This terrified my family and made us feel completely unsafe.
2. Unprofessional Management: When I reported this issue to the manager, I was met with hostility and aggression instead of support. The manager’s behavior made the situation even worse.
3. Room Issues: The bathroom had a terrible smell, the bed caused itching, and the fridge was not working. These issues made the stay uncomfortable even before the incident.
I strongly urge others to avoid staying at this hotel. The lack of professionalism, disregard for guest privacy, and unsafe environment made this the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I hope Booking.com ensures accountability for such unacceptable behavior..

Amazing hotel and staff. Great staff especially the receptionist man Latif. Zebra theme is amazing in all aspects.modern and everything is too nice and near to Galata port opposite of there is mall and nice view to see. Anything you need is around you in that area. We really enjoyed the staying.. .
