Nice stay in Istanbul. The hotel is within the walking distance of the main attractions. Also the rooms were spacious and were cleaned perfectly every day. The staff is friendly as well.. We expected more from breakfast, the variety of food was good but there should be better service within coffee and drink options. Also spa area is okay but do not expect something big..

Hotel recommended in Sultanhamed Istanbul.. This hotel was still in the process of refurbishment but we found found the hotel clean, comfortable and the staff very helpful. The rooms were big but adequate for our 3 night stay. The roof top was not completed so did not have the opportunity for evening drinks from the roof top. The hotel was also in a good location, minutes away from the tourist attractions. The hotel did provide breakfast but we had not opted to include it in our stay. There are plenty of hotels in Sultanahmed and this is one I would recommend. Finally we loved Istanbul, it felt and was safe and the locals were so helpful.. .

Great stay!. - Very good location, which is near lots of the main attractions and near Hagia Sofia mosque, bazaars (both). - clean hotel, lovely staff - room was very spacious and good breakfast. - would definitely recommend to anyone who is new to visiting Istanbul.. .

Παραπλανητικό. We visited this hotel a few days ago.. I can say that I was really caught up with the following comments and wondered why they wrote these or we are the ones who are irrational. We had a traumatic experience. We were on the 6th floor, the phone in the room did not work, the heating did not work for 2 hours while we had a baby with us. The highlight was that there were cats in the hotel and specifically in the restaurant where we ate our breakfast as well as on our floor, our room was not clean and you really hated covering yourself with the blanket, you clearly pay for parking. When we were leaving I understood why all these good comments. As we were leaving they were so helpful, they spoke with such sweetness and joy, to open the door for you, everything, the absolute care, but they wanted to urge you and in front of them, in essence, to pressure you to leave a positive comment on booking. Unfortunately never again.. .

Overall, great value for money, wonderful location and great staff. I’d definitely stay here again. The location is excellent, the staff super attentive and polite, and the Turkish bath located on the first floor of the hotel. The bathroom in the room is very small.

Highly recommended for city seeing. Very good location of the hotel , property is easily reachable from all spots. Great if you want to visit all city center. Stuff is very pleasant and supportive , always ready to help. Especially want to mention - Bosid , who was there during all our stay and assisted with all queries on a very short notice. No minuses.
