Nice Place for Family. Acacia Mansion in very nice place to stay for our little family. Room and bathroom are clean everyday. Room has enough space for our suitcases and for our kid to play. Breakfast is also fresh everyday. Thanks alot to Ömer and all the staffs there.. .

Great location and comfortable hotel. Great hotel 10 minutes to Blue Mosque and all the Sultanahmet sites. Omer was incredibly helpful with baggage as there is no elevator, and airport transfer and recs. He speaks excellent English for us English speakers. Free breakfast with typical Turkish fare and omelettes can be requested. Awesome quiet neighborhood near Little Hagia Sofia mosque. Around the corner from the great Turkish Anatolian restaurant. Small grocery store with alcohol next door. Just perfect!. .

I loved the location of the hotel, very central, walking distance to tourist sights. I loved the staff. Very polite, approachable, friendly, curious, always willing to help in particular Omer and Sezgin at the reception desk. Communication is very important and to top it off, they both spoke English. Such a plus point.. They helped us in arranging our tours, arranged for our shuttle to and from the airport which we paid for. Totally hassle free. What else can one expect. Our luggage was carried up to our rooms. Omer and Sezgin always checked on us to see if everything was ok. I have friends who are planning to visit Istanbul, I will highly recommend Acacia Mansion Hotel .. There was nothing that I disliked. Enjoyed every moment..

Clean, and comfortable. The location of the property was the best to visit any major landmark. The area is quite safe and the amenities were also very nice. The free breakfast in the morning had good variety of dishes making you all fill for the day ahead. The staff was very helpful in suggesting all the places and how to visit them and any other help you required. The cleaning staff did an excellent job at cleaning our room everyday - so that we could come back in the evening to a clean and fresh room!. The internet here is not good at all. They should really upgrade it.

Good hotel in an amazing location!. The property is in a great location. Very close to all the major attractions in the old city. It provides sufficient facilities for a good stay. The staff is very helpful & courteous.. The rooms were smaller than the pictures. It can get a bit difficult to move around..

Good. Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice breakfast.. The floor was rotten in my basement room with some visible mold. The was some slight smell of sewage..

Exceptional. First thing who cought our attention was the warm welcome of the employee Ozgur but also the other colleagues who gave us important informations about the area . The hotel is close by all important turist areas . Another thing we liked was the cleaning crew whom kept our room tidy. We recomand this place for other tourists.. .
