Super service and location. Staff (esp. Murad) extra helpful and friendly. Good selection for breakfast . Cleaned and bedding, tea/coffee and toiletteries replaced daily. Decor is a bit dark and dreary but bedding fresh and comfy. Soundproofing not efficient (noises from other room). But perfect location super close to everything (sites and transport links) although uphill to sites.. .

Superb. The hotel has a great location just a short walk from Hagia Sophia and Topkai Palace. The coffee and tea service during the day is also a good benefit. Our room had a terrace with a view and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Recommended.. .

Fantastic experience. I stayed with daughter in the Premist hotel. In the hotel we liked absolutely everything: starting with polite helpful staff and finishing with very delicious breakfast, nearby location of main attractions of Istanbul and millions of restaurants around. Couldn’t be happier!!!

Lucky find. Very friendly people. When I forgot to check out in time, almost for 3 hours, they did not charge me for this at all. Breakfast was delicious, such a various choice. You can sit also outside and enjoy a pleasant morning moment with your breakfast. Rooms are decorated in an old ottoman style. In general for the price I payed I was positively surprised.. Nothing.

Excellent staff, excellent location. The staff are the best part of this hotel. From the front desk guys to the breakfast crew to the cleaning team, they're all friendly and helpful. It was winter when I visited so I didn't spend much time in the courtyard, but it's great there in the summer. Also, the location of this hotel is AMAZING. It's literally on the other side of the wall of Topkapi Palace and is 5 mins walk to all the Sultanahmet Square attractions. Plus, there are TONNES of restaurants just around the corner from the hotel.. .

The hotel is terrible, the staff enter the room at will. The hotel is poorly managed, and the staff swipes the card to enter the room at will. If you are traveling with a woman, be careful when placing an order. This hotel is insincere, has no privacy, lies, and the hotel environment is also terrible.
