Disappointing. The hotel staff were nice enough. They let us check in a few minutes early. The facilities were mostly clean.. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the room and bathroom were both smaller than advertised. You could not open the bathroom door wider than halfway because it hit the bed. Wifi also wasn’t free although it was advertised as such..

No. Bathroom and shower products. Check-in (I’m sure staff didn’t READ my request in English text). All around miserable Human Resources. I exactly has Germany race n I only choose that part . U don’t like not my problem. However u fantasy put unwanted title on me is ur fault..

I would not go back to this hotel again. . Actual hotel was different than the picture shown on Bookings.com. There was no fridge or telephone in the room. The draw of the dressing table was broken. The coffee machine in the room was broken and didn’t work. The sink was blocked and we had to call maintenance to fix it. In my opinion the money I paid was too much and I should be refunded some of it..

Was here for 2 nights, never been before. Was a nice little stay and felt very welcomed by staff.. Was really good for value, felt very welcome! Great staff. Lovely little hotel.. .

Not realistic information showed, room are dirty and small. Staff is not as polite as normal.. The location of the Hotel is good, the Cadet Metro station is near. There are also some restaurants near the hotel.. The rooms are not like the ones showed in the photos. My room was very small, without fridge, with a small bathroom. The room was quite dirty when I arrived (bathroom not clean, towels were bit dirty, bed was not clean)... The staff is a bit rude. I will definitely not go again to this hotel..
