Was clean, staff were friendly but I wish I knew about the two separate bedrooms classed as a two bedroom apartment with. It was clean, good location, friendly staff.. Two bedroom apartment was two separate bedrooms with an open courtyard in between. Not one unit. Doors difficult to open and shut. Bed close to draping curtains which was a tripping hazard in one of the rooms. Safe place high and not secure which could fall on someone..

When room makes a difference. After some complains we got a better, bigger room with working outlets, lights, but heated towel rail was still broken.
Really tasty breakfast.. We did not like the initial room that we got, it was too small for three people with oddly shaped layout. A lot of basic stuff was not working - some outlets, lights, heated towel rail, strange moist smell..

Average 3/5 not 4. Showers have good water pressure.
Bed is large.
Breakfast buffet is generous but bland.. This is not a 4 star hotel.
The front desk didn’t have a wall charger adapter which even 3 star hotels will provide.
The room is next to a very noisy street full of drunks on one side and a noisy elevator on the other.
Location is a rough neighbourhood and difficult to get to main attractions..

Terrible hotel - definitely not 4*. Awful hotel, it is most definitely NOT 4* - we may have just been unlucky but our 'superior' room was anything but. Small, bad lighting, appalling fixtures and fittings. Only good thing about the hotel is its location which is in a nice area and near two good metro stations.. .
