Not worth its price.. Staff is always so “busy” . Not helping in anything. Elevators doesn’t work properly. Bathroom needs to be renovated . Very dirty closets.. .

Amazing massage with Zehra. I had a massage with Zehra at the Ritz Carlton Istanbul and it was amazing ! I was very tired, stressed and completely broken in the back and she really made sure I was relaxed and repaired when leaving ! Fully recommend !. .

Refined and reliable in Istanbul. Stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Istanbul during a recent trip and it delivered exactly what you’d expect. Calm, polished and properly managed. Rooms are elegant and comfortable, many with beautiful Bosphorus views. Service is attentive without being overbearing, and everything runs smoothly. World class service. My stay here was nothing short of exceptional. I booked the Ritz Carlton with my friend for my birthday weekend after reading positive reviews. I was pleased to find out that the service was just as I read. From the small details to the attentive and friendly service - nothing was too much trouble. I was made to feel so special on my birthday with more than three cakes sent to my room. I’d like to also especially thank Yusuf and Reham at reception who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and also Bariş at concierge. Staff remembered me by name which I thought was an personal touch. Breakfast was great with various selections and special thanks to Aysun who made me feel special every day at breakfast and was so attentive. The room were clean and modern, and the bathrooms classic and beautiful with marble interior. The amenities in the hotel were definitely of a 5 star standard and I’d like to also thank I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next trip. The only thing I would say is that I wish there was a Jacuzzi in the hotel other than that everything was perfect!. .

Dr Falouji. My recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul. From arrival, Mert, Yusuf, and Tuncay provided a warm welcome. Kamar and Rüya were incredibly kind. At the Club Lounge, Eylem, Gülcan Meryem, and Baran delivered, attentive service. The Concierge team Berk, Aybüke, Ibrahim, and Yucel handled every request with professionalism. The breakfast was also outstanding enriched and offering excellent variety. Finally, Bora and Safa at the Front Desk always provide exceptional leadership and professionalism, I truly look forward to returning soon.. .

A Sweet Farewell at The Ritz-Carlton Istanbul. It was our first time visiting Istanbul, and The Ritz-Carlton Istanbul was the perfect final stop to conclude our vacation on a truly memorable note. As Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador members, Marriott properties have been our priority choice throughout our journey from Madrid to Istanbul, and this stay beautifully reaffirmed why. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Max, who kindly showed us around and escorted us to our room, was exceptionally friendly, warm, and helpful. His sincere hospitality made us feel immediately at home and set a wonderful tone for our stay. We would also like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the lounge team, especially the two lovely ladies, Ms. Eylem and Ms. Meryem. They were incredibly friendly, engaging, and prompt in attending to all our requests, always with bright smiles and genuine care. During a pleasant conversation with Ms. Eylem, we shared about our food tour earlier that day and mentioned our love for Turkish olives and Turkish delights. Knowing that we were departing the very next day, she went above and beyond by thoughtfully preparing a beautiful gift featuring our favorites. Such a small yet deeply meaningful gesture truly touched our hearts and exemplified exceptional service. The club lounge at the Ritz Carlton with its exceptional panoramic view and delicious food offer worths a visit!. We had a lovely time at the Ritz Carlton. The club lounge on the 12th floor was one of the highlights where food was served with amazing care and attention to detail and was incredibly tasty and delicious. Our waitress Gulcan was excellent.. .

Perfection!. My daughter and I had a six day stay at the RC in Istanbul. From the moment we arrived, until the day we left, we were treated wonderfully. ALL of the staff were friendly and eager to help. The hotel itself gleamed from top to bottom. Our room had a view of the Bosporus. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed a breakfast buffet each morning and the staff were always welcoming. They even made sure that I had a cup of orange juice with me to take back to the room. The buffet has everything imaginable including Gluten Free items and Vegan/Vegetarian items. On one of our outtings, my daughter left her cell phone in a taxi. I want to thank ANAKAM for helping us locate it. He took time researching how the phone could be located. I wish I had the name of his female co-worker who also helped my daughter. The good news was we were able to get the phone back! I highly reccomend this luxurious hotel!. .

Second visit to the Ritz Carlton Istanbul. Our second visit to Istanbul and we decided to return to the Ritz Carlton as we had a wonderful experience the first time we visited last year. We had a wonderful time yet again, the room was perfect and we had exceptional service from the staff. The highlight for me this time round had to be the indoor pool as we didn’t get access last time due to the renovations at the time. The pool is a good size and has an amazing ceiling. It reminded me of the Venetian in Las Vegas albeit smaller scale. A beautiful Renaissance-era art piece of the Venetian sky. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again if visiting Istanbul.. .
