Great first time experience with Rasti and Mia. This is our first time visiting Turkey and wanted to try the famous Turkish baths. Rasti and Mia did and excellent job! We strongly recommend their services.. .

While staying at the ritz Carlton Istanbul my wife and i got individual 90 minute massages.. Nana did a terrific job with a medium pressure full body massage! Would highly recommend! Ritz Carlton spa. 90 minutes.. .

Amazing Turkish Bath. I had a Turkish bath with Nopi and it was amazing. What a great experience. She started with an abundance of warm water and then scrubs your body thoroughly followed by the mist amazing message and hair wash. Out of this world experience. Thanks Nopi!. .

Perfection!. My daughter and I had a six day stay at the RC in Istanbul. From the moment we arrived, until the day we left, we were treated wonderfully. ALL of the staff were friendly and eager to help. The hotel itself gleamed from top to bottom. Our room had a view of the Bosporus. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed a breakfast buffet each morning and the staff were always welcoming. They even made sure that I had a cup of orange juice with me to take back to the room. The buffet has everything imaginable including Gluten Free items and Vegan/Vegetarian items. On one of our outtings, my daughter left her cell phone in a taxi. I want to thank ANAKAM for helping us locate it. He took time researching how the phone could be located. I wish I had the name of his female co-worker who also helped my daughter. The good news was we were able to get the phone back! I highly reccomend this luxurious hotel!. .

. Best Ritz I have been in recently. The Ritz rooms seem a little dated but they upgraded us to Nobu side. Our room and the staff made this property amazing!. .

Luxury experience from beginning to end!. From the minute we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. Mehmet was delightful as we checked in, we had a kind associate take us to our room (I was so tired I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name). He was very enthusiastic and helpful to get us settled into our room. Our room was fantastic, we were upgraded to a large corner suite overlooking the Bosphorus- gorgeous and a wonderful surprise. The gym and spa team were also very courteous-there is a Pilates reformer available to use! The standout for us was the restaurant Atolye, it was excellent we ate there multiple nights. Our first night we arrived 10 minutes before closing, and the team was incredibly courteous and thoughtful. The food was absolutely amazing, my husband was somewhat nervous about Turkish food, but he enjoyed it so much we ate there again and again each and every time the service was very excellent. I wanted to give a special recommendation to Aysun who helped us each night at dinner and made sure that we had a very special evening. She was warm, friendly and helpful, by the end, she knew that my husband would order spinach as a side dish every night so she just got it ordered for us as soon as we sat down :). The Ritz called in an Istanbul an excellent choice in an excellent location if you should be in Istanbul for a few days.. .

World class service. My stay here was nothing short of exceptional. I booked the Ritz Carlton with my friend for my birthday weekend after reading positive reviews. I was pleased to find out that the service was just as I read. From the small details to the attentive and friendly service - nothing was too much trouble. I was made to feel so special on my birthday with more than three cakes sent to my room. I’d like to also especially thank Yusuf and Reham at reception who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and also Bariş at concierge. Staff remembered me by name which I thought was an personal touch. Breakfast was great with various selections and special thanks to Aysun who made me feel special every day at breakfast and was so attentive. The room were clean and modern, and the bathrooms classic and beautiful with marble interior. The amenities in the hotel were definitely of a 5 star standard and I’d like to also thank I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next trip. The only thing I would say is that I wish there was a Jacuzzi in the hotel other than that everything was perfect!. .

. Not worth the money. Sub par food and service. The first night we had dinner at Limore - their Italian restaurant. My husband ordered the mushroom and cheese pizza AND THERE WAS A BUG IN IT. What's worse - Not only did they not comp our meal, they tried to CHARGE US FOR THE HALF EATEN BUG INFESTED FOOD. The breakfast is 45€ pp, and is so BASIC and tasteless. The hummus had no flavour, the vegan options for three days in a row was baked beans, cold stiff toast and a runny tasteless avocado puree. I had to risk the non vegan options just to have some food to eat. Service is super slow even though a lot of the staff and the floor manager can be seen crowded around the service station, chatting and laughing. I ordered room service for lunch one day and they didn't bother bringing it to us till we called to follow up. The positives - rooms are roomy and comfortable, but cost a BOMB to upgrade; the spa is very good we had the hamam and the two women who hamamed us were very good. It is expensive - €313 for hamam and a sheet mask at the end. Nobu was good too but people can smoke inside the restaurant where you are eating and the 'plant based' section of the menu is not vegan as some dishes have butter in them. This is the third country where we've stayed at the Ritz, after Singapore and China, and Istanbul is the worst. Not up to standard at all, not worth the money. My advice? Stay at the Marmara instead.. .
