Amazing. Best service. We had a birthday and they were kind enough to provide a cake without any extra fees or anything just simple jest. I highly recommend this place. Each and every employee was professional and friendly. Big thanks to Reşa for her friendly and kind service. .

🫠. It was a pleasure staying at this hotel which is 5 minutes walking from the city cener. It is a nice hotel with excellent view and friendly staff. I would definitely stay there again.🫠 lovely place👌. .

Very good. Staff in the reception and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small and the furniture is large for the room size.

My Jewelry was stolen here. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel. It’s firstly more of a three star hotel than a four star one. My jewelry box was stolen from my hotel room, the hotel then tried to say that if I filed a police report they would file one against me as well. When they finally agreed to contact the cops, two shady “police officers” showed up with no uniform or credentials. I was told that they wouldn’t even file a report. Do not stay at this place!. .

Very poor service for the customers specially from the manager side about the payment.. Breakfast was limited and very low variant.. There was a huge problem with payment and their card reader was not working which left me the only option of paying in cash in Swedish krona (the only cash I had available). The manager treated me very badly and did not want to accept the cash because "the Swedish currency is not valuable in Turkey". We were in a rush to catch our flight but he insisted on finding another solution for example going to the exchange office and get money in euro or dollar which I did not accept since it would have been more expensive than the price when booking via booking.com..

Cozy 4 star (real) hotel with grand style and comfort.. Im visiting Istanbul often, and usually switch hotels according actual pricing/availability, so my record is already quite representative. Have to admit that The Pera Hill hotel impressed me in many positive ways. First of all — its real 4 stars hotel, opposite to many local ones claiming stars for nothing. From the stylish entrance, well designed lobby and receiption, kind staff, through quality elevators and up to rooftop terrace with nice breakfasts and views — its well thought out and done with love. More impotent, while You may find some minor imperfections around, but overall atmosphere of the hotel is very welcoming and intimate. Its the place where is comfortable just to be. My room at 6th floor has a good view on the city, nice bed and fresh linen, cozy bathroom with a large shower. Lots of space overall to live in. Love the everyday supply of 1.5 litter bottle with drinking water, enough to make lots of tea in the available electric teapot. Many options to tune up the ambient light in the room. Good air, no annoying odors. Also the location itself is just brilliant, close to Tacsim nightlife and walking areas, with lots of good restaraunts and clubs around. I prefer this area to Sultanahmet district on other side of the Golden Horn, and its yet easy to walk there from Beyoglu for sightseeing (45-50 mins). Galata Port is also recomended for visit from here. Locals may be a bit noisy on Friday evening, but it calms down by midnight. My wife is usually very critical to hotels, but this is among best places I will recomend her to stay in Instanbul on next occasion.. Internet may be slow by evening. Check the parking options if traveling by car or motorcycle..
