Disappointing. We like the location a lot! And we also feel safe! The stuff was very friendly.. Heating was not central so we must turn on air-conditioning when we walk to the room with the card. We didn't feel cosy 😕 still it's winter. Tv never worked. The night on New Year Eve we didn't have Internet. Also they picked up used towels but didn't replace them..

Good stay. The staff was very helpful and nice. The location is great. The room is good - no complaint. It was not the hotel fault but there was one night that a large group of young adults arrived and they talked and laughed loudly like there were no one else for almost an hour around mid night. I was about to get out of my room to tell them to keep it down as it is almost 12 am then I heard a staff to tell them so. The hotel also arranged the transfer from/to airport which was convenient.. .

Happy experience. We stayed four three nights is a two bedroom apartment and a one bedroom apartment ..both were nice and clean and comfortable .. though the sofa bed can be avoided as not very comfortable . Location is great as you walk down to the galatport area for some great restaurants and cafés and you walk up to the galata tower area .. The hotel has an elevator which was a great plus The housekeeping was good and the people at the reception very very polite and helpful .. only the breakfast could be a little better specially for me as a vegan 😊. .

Perfect stay in the heart of Istanbul. Clean and walkable to nearest tram. While I stayed there they had an issue with the water heating system and I had to go and asked if my room was the issue or not for them to tell me they were having trouble with the water - took them 4 days to solve the issue.

Good. Room size is ok, access was ok, and there was someone at reception all the time. Cleaning was daily if you needed it, staff was helpful.. Place is in need of investment, heating in our room wasn't working there was only cold air from the fan. They gave us a heater and offered to fix it in the next days, but we said we were ok as the fans were very noisy and we weren't able to sleep with fans' noise running..

Great!. Great spot in Galata, lots of great streets, shops and food to explore close by. Nice walk across the bridge to the tourist centre.. .
