Our second stay and both are excellent!. My second stay and the level of hospitality provided is very high. Each person we met was very professional,polite and helpful, met all our expectations and above. Location is perfect, close to everything,roughly to say in between the very center and Montmarte on a hill, one of the bakeries right in front of the hotel, just like restaurants and bars and other entertainment facilities are very close. Bathrooms are spotless clean, beds comfortable,blackout curtains heavy and black 😁,street is silent and safe.. “Buffet libre” and “free buffet” might be confusing and cause unpleasant surprise at the checkout for a guest,who doesn’t read his booking terms properly. Breakfast is for extra charge, just as it’s said here..

BAD Hotel Policy❗️ Almost Excellent Stay😊. We had very very good experience. Both room and bathroom were beautifull, big and functional. We even got the bathroom with a shower, which, for me, is essential.
Breakfast was not excellent but very good. Quality and selection of teas was perfect.. 2 days before our arrival they took a Security deposit as well as full Payment. We had 3 rooms so they blocked 1 day's rent per room. This has NEVER happend to me on all of my travels
The money became available to me only 16 days AFTER our return home!
The biggest of the problems that created, was with the rent-a-car company, because I was the driver and only my credit card could be used for their Security deposit. But after that my limit was insufficient.
At first I wanted to give them 4 or 5☆ because of that, but decided against it because of the stuff that did their job very well, and the stay was otherwise enjoyable..
