Friendly hotel in a quiet but central location. I enjoyed my stay. Friendly boutique hotel. Excellent breakfast for a reasonable price (EUR 15 pp if booked at check-in). Standard rooms are very small. Ten minutes walk slightly uphill from the big St. Lazare station but Metro station Europe is less than 5 minutes away. It seems you have to ask yourself for an upgrade if you have a BW status.. .

Exceptional. Overall our stay was perfect. Rooms were very clean which is my biggest concern, don't expect a big room because Paris in general has smaller spaces in hotels. The staff was so friendly (special thanks to hotel manager, your positive "good morning" was a perfect way to start the day). Location is amazing very safe very warm. Also they surprised us with a note and macarons because of our anniversary, which was a very heart-warming welcome.. Everything was amazing..

One of the best hotel experiences!. I would strongly recommend this hotel to people coming to visit Paris. The staff was very friendly and helpful the entire time. They spoke English which helped with check in and any requests we had. It was located perfectly between multiple metro and bus stations. There are also a bunch of restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. Cant wait to go back! . .

We really enjoyed our time in Paris. The hotel was recommended by someone who had recently stayed with you.. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect, we loved the balcony area. The bed was comfortable.

Modern, Clean and Very Helpful Staff. I've already stayed seven times at the Hôtel Littéraire Le Swann BW Premier Collection. Location is great, just two minutes away from Europe metro station. We were really pleased with our stay at this hotel, as it is a very nice hotel, modern, clean and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Paris, as it is just around the corner from the Gare Saint Lazare. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, especially Mr. Loïc. Thank you for your amazing patience and kindness. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. I would definitely book this hotel again without hesitation.. .
