Not recommended. Had a hard time looking for the hotel with a very narrow streets so tried to phone the hotel for directions but was told i dont know where you are even asking us to go to a big hotel and take a taxi from there, how would they expect you to find another hotel wherein you cant even find them!apart from that we ask how many taxis and they dont even know where it is...finally we found it after nearly two hours and the so called manager blame us for not having a map and we were told next time make sure you know where youre going..What!!!even you have a map its still difficult to find it...Moreover, breakfast is the same everyday with boiled egg every other day...theres no lift so you have to climb in a narrow stairs...the hotel is build in wood, floor, ceiling, wall so you can hear everything, footsteps upstairs and downstairs, door opening and closing, voices everywhere, even cracking of nuts! walking on those steep streets is also a struggle especially if you got a back pain...in fairness the staff are nice and they speak english...with the price we pay we can get a much better hotel...we will not go back there again.... .

Temiz ancak…. Otel gayet temizdi girişte birinci kattaki odada kaldık üst kata çıkan merdivenler odanın içinde çok ses olmasına sebebiyet veriyordu. ses yalıtımı çok kötü. Başka odada çalan alarmı kendi arkadaşımın telefonu çalıyor sandım. Ses çok olduğu için çok rahat uyuyamadık.. .

Good value. We stayed 2 nights in a twin room at Tom Square. We had trouble finding the hotel so we asked at an internet cafe. The internet cafe owner called up the hotel and the hotel staff came to the internet cafe to guide us to the hotel which was nice. Room was clean and had good upkeep, all the general amenities were good (wifi, fridge, internet). They gave us a jug of cold water when we checked in which was good since it was so hot and humid outside. Hotel staff were also quite helpful.. .

Small room, Great staff. Room is quite small, but made it up with the excellent staff & lovely breakfast. .

Tom2. Útulný rodinný hotel zaujme svojou atmosferou. Prijemný personal dohovorite sa anglicky a rusky. Pripravujú chutné raňajky. Izba bola čistá a posteľ nebola preležana. Umiestnenie hotela je v malej pokojnej uličke. Da sa dostať pešo na grand bazar aj do historickych mešit. Spali sme tam 4 noci a citili sme sa bezpečne a dobre. Odporučam. Je to niečo celkom iné ako medzinarodne hotely s ful servisom.. .

Family Hotel. This boutique hotel is running by a lovely family. Rooms are comfy and clean. Breakfast has lots of choice. It is 10 min walk to old city center. Staff is helpful and speak good english. I recommend this hotel to everyone who seeks family atmosphere instead of 5 star hotel without personal relations.. .
