Ok. Convenient. Aircon in the room was stiflingly hot. It was adjusted by the hotel when asked which allowed us to sleep well but reverted to hot mode in the morning. Between seasons makes it difficult for any hotel to go from hot to cold mode. When there are no opening windows the problem is complicated for them. The passages were on cold mode and the rooms on hot. We are grateful that they were able to sort out the issue.

Amazing hotel, just a little expensive!. Everything was perfect! The location was good, very easy to get there from the airport. So if you arrive late, it is a great option. The beds were very comfortable. It was very quiet and calm. We had a great night sleep. The morning buffet was AMAZING! Wow, so many choices, it was so good! The people working there were also very kind and helpful. The only reason why i did not give a 10 is that it was really really expensive for just one night. Otherwise, there is nothing negative about this hotel!. .

Convenient but expensive. Bed and pillows very comfortable, nice & helpful staff. Dated rooms, a new decorations is necessary. No uber or taxi is coming to pick you up in the front the hotel. You have to use their cabs, should be a fixed prrice but in the cab the driver charged me more. 37€ for 2.5km for 10min drive. That is insane. Shame on you for ripping people off.

Great Service from Enzo!!. This hotel is amazing, especially the staff at the hotel restaurant! Enzo was our server the other night and he was outstanding!! Fantastic service, friendly and provided some great dairy free alternatives!! Highly recommend this hotel and the restaurant!! Top notch!!. .

Disappointing. I only like that it's close to the airport.. The service is very poor. Even basic bottled water is not provided, and there is no supermarket nearby. One bottle of water costs 3 euros. If you plan to stay at this hotel, bring your own water.
The heater wasn’t working, so I had to sleep in the cold..

Staff on meeting floor very helpful and kind. Nothing was too much whatever asked for. Waiters in restaurant during dinner also attentive and friendly.. .
