It was a short trip this time, but very convenient. I love that it’s a smaller hotel , more personal wonderful staff , and great location , a very good Italian restaurant in the hotel so for women traveling alone , it’s a nice option in the evening or after a long busy day when you don’t feel like venturing out again
It’s my go to place in Paris. .

Paris at its best. Unique and lovely, in the heart of Paris. Best service, elegant ambiance, delightful breakfast. Not our first time here, definitely not our last. We enjoyed our stay very much. Walking distance to most of the city’s attractions. Sorry we missed the cat:). .

Poor experience/very small room. Sorry to say that this is not up to 5-star standards. A nice location and facility, but a 'Superior Room' is not large enough for a couple. I had to live out of my suitcase, because there was not space to unpack more than one person. Sitting room, other than the bed, was practically non-existent. Along with space issues, the toilette leaked constantly and four visits from techs did not fix it. While staff empathized, they did not find us another suitable room. It brought down our whole trip.. .

Centrally located 5 star hotel. Excellent hotel in a central location. It is right beside the Chanel flagship store. Easy to go back to the hotel to rest after shopping and sightseeing. Walking distance to Tuileries garden, Louvre and Galleries Lafayette. Wonderful responsive front reception staff. Xue Chin and Irina went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable! Breakfast buffet had good selection of food. Welcome drink (champagne) was a plus. We keep coming to this hotel every time we visit Paris!. .

Top notch location and food.. Location was incredible if you like high end shopping. Rooms were small but it’s Paris bigger than many places. Food was top notch.. Nothing.
