Exceptional. It was great to stay here! Staff was great, especially Thierno was so kind and helpful, he took care of every one of our needs. Room was clean and there were a lot of space. The only thing is toilet and bathroom is a little bit small. It's in a great place, really close to the arc and champs-elysees.. .

Slamming doors give us a heart attack at nights. Location is good. Receptionist lady was v polite and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The sound proofing isn’t good. Doors are v loud. Any neighbour who opens their door sounds like they are opening my door so it really gives us a shock at nights. Corridors are extremely dark and requires you to flip a light switch manually..

This is terrific value for money. The location was brilliant. Close to public transport or close enough to walk. The room was clean and tidy and the bed comfortable. The staff were terrific and very patient with me being a guest with no French at all.. Nothing.
