Overally 7/10. Rooms and the hotel are clean. Staff could be more friendly, and something that was very upsetting was first morning during breakfast in the middle of the meal a waiter approached and took the plate from our child while she was still eating, also in the morning during buffet breakfast you will often find missing cutlery, either fork or knife would miss so you would have to take from another table. Room was comfortable, Hotel is clean. The only complaint is the lack of quality on staff end..
