Great hotel. We stayed here for three months as a family of 3.
We loved it here!
Great location, room was lovely, bathroom nice.
We didn’t have breakfast as there is so many nice places nearby.
We would definitely return !
Only reason I didn’t give it 5 was they didn’t replace the tea, coffee or water in room each day which I think is a bit stingy!!. .

Nice hotel in an excellent location. room was clean and spacious; staff very professional and efficient; location is great. I used the two coffee pouches and one green tea bag on the first day; but did not find any refills of same the following day. I appreciate that the hotel is trying to be "green" in all areas, but to me "green" does not seem to include coffee and tea bags. When I asked, the hotel complied..

We emailed the hotel requesting a refund - we have not received a response.. We had two issues noise and a blocked drain. Hotel offered to move us to another room because of a noise problem. We did not accept because we felt we should not be the ones inconvenienced. We are still waiting for the blocked drain in the shower/bath to be fixed.. .

Stay was good but disappointed in customer service. The hotel rooms were very clean, and we enjoyed our stay. The reason I’m not giving this a good review is because I’m being double charged. The hotel charged our group for 2 reservations upon check-in, which Booking already charged on their behalf on the same day. We have contacted both Booking and the hotel in hoping to get the charges refunded, but have not received any response from the hotel nor any assistance from Booking.. .
