Poor. The location is nice and the staff were friendly.. 1) The bed had the worst mattress that I ever slept on. It was like a big mushy sponge.
2) The room had only one outlet. It could have had more since the bed had lights attached to it. I use a CPAP. As such, I could not sleep with it.
3) The elevator situation is silly. It can really only carry one person with luggage. In the morning the cleaning staff use with carts. My advice is tell your customers that this is hotel where they should expect to walk up and down the stars. Also, you should probably figure out a way for the cleaning staff to do their jobs without requiring them to use the elevator..

Clean and well located (but very small lift and bathroom). Nice clean hotel and yummy brealfast:) Rather small bathroom (not enough room for the toilet paper holder!) but nice and clean. The lift was tiny, barely enough room for two medium sized people, and very temperamental as sometimes stopped for no reason so we walked 5 flights instead.. .

Good. It’s really well situated, nice, clean and the staff is amazing !. There’s only two plugs in the room… one at the entrance and one in the bathroom… I think one next to the bed is mandatory !!!.

Friendly staff and great location with superb transport links around. Breakfast was nice, location is prime and the staff are super friendly. The doors slam quite loudly through the day and night, plus I booked a superior room this time round but there was no bathtub (only shower) and the carpet was quite badly stained so not necessarily worth the upgrade and increased price for the superior room..
