Excellent location, good metro links. Comfortable and good value for money. Location- few mins walk from Arc d’triomoh and champs Elyse. Easy access to metro and river for views of Eiffel Tower. Tea and coffee facilities in room didn’t get topped up. Bathroom sink didn’t drain and shower heads needed replacing.

Thieves and Very Rude. UPDATE FROM THEIR RESPONSE: Ymed is a liar and is lying again! His first lie was when he told expedia that I did not write an email to the hotel AFTER he saw the email I sent. Now this is the second lie - I was not yelling or screaming - I even have a witness to vouch for this information. This is also coupled with the fact that he never offered anything to me other than taking my money. There was literally no other offer at all which is why I left. I did not decide to change my dates, there was a snow storm in Denver which canceled my flight and that same day (within 1 hour after my cancellation), I called and was given the advice to send the email - which I did. It is perplexing that Ymed saw that I sent the email and verified that o sent it to the correct address in the appropriate time, however it is my fault that you did not receive it. He also verified the same information to Expedia who had a copy of the email I forwarded to them for proof. TWICE, this man verified that I sent the email to the correct address within the appropriate timeframe which means one of two things: either someone from your hotel deleted my email or your email system is faulty. I do not understand how I have to pay a penalty when it has been proven that I did my due diligence. You mention how it’s surprising that I did not receive a confirmation email, but k was not told I was going to receive any correspondence back or that I should look for one. I was simply told to send the email and that you would make the adjustment on your end. Ymed was rude, and you and your establishment did not do anything to accommodate the extraordinary circumstances except to have my repay for a reservation I prepaid for & still take $175 for a no show fee. I am surprised YOU do not want to see the email I sent to verify it was sent to the correct address at the correct time. I am surprised that YOU did not check with you other employees to see if they saw or deleted my email. I am surprised that YOU did not check your system or call to see if I would show up. I am surprised that YOU are willing to lose me as a client and others over $175, especially when i showed proof that I completed the requested asks from you. I was listening to Expedia BEG Ymed to issue a refund of the cancellation fee once they realized that this was not my error and he refused. I begged, my partner begged. I am insulted that your employees lied and ruined the first part of my vacation. I am insulted that you system did not work. I am insulted that you characterized me as someone I am not and erroneously depicted a situation that could have been resolved with a little empathy, grace, and practicality instead of greed and rudeness. Any you wonder why I immediately went to give you 1 star! I was never even given the opportunity to talk to you. Y men explicitly told me I would not be able to talk to you at all. Maybe if I did, you could hear the truth & things would have been resolved without this negative review but I stand by it and will continue to warn people of your shady business. And even review you with the same rating on other sites. You didn’t reach out to me personally try to resolve the issue. DO NOT STAY HERE! They will cheat you out of your money if they can. I was booked to check in on Friday, however, my flight from the US was canceled due to weather on Thursday. I called the hotel to let them know I was arriving a day later (Saturday) and they said to send them an email. I sent the email and when I arrived after traveling 15 hours, they canceled my reservation AND charged me $175 no-show fee. I showed them proof that I sent the email (the front desk manager Ymad even verified it was sent on time and to the correct email address) and they denied my refunds and charged me for one night PLUS the $175 fee. Ymad called the hotel manager and he also denied my request for refund. They were absolutely rude and inflexible and blamed ME for the error in communication saying I should have called to verify receipt of the email. Stay away from This place. They are rude and thieves.. .

Very good. Within walking distance of eifel tower and arc de triumph. Choice of metro stations to Louvre and note dame. .

Edited review after management lied in response! With proof if required!!!!. Edited review: below you will find my original review which I firmly stand by! However the hotel responded that apparently they allowed me to check in early but my Eurostar did not arrive into Paris until 16:48 and then we had food and waited for a taxi to the hotel. I have all proof of this and I didn’t even arrive at the hotel until 18.02 so how was this an early check in? the mess should have been cleaned outside my bathroom balcony it clearly didn’t belong to the next room as they would have had to walk along the balcony to get to my room. I also have screen shots of the price on the day and it was cheaper regardless of what lies the hotel tells. I did book direct not through a third party, again incorrect information. And the room I paid for the room I got, the man at reception confirmed this and no it was not an upgrade. The free breakfast wasn’t for me and my husband only as a gesture of goodwill it was an offer they had online available to everyone. The lies this hotel tells are really unprofessional and no way did I make up anything untrue. The room was dirty, again I have pictures and there was a bug on the bed (I have evidence) the hotel was bad but the staff and management is even worse. Yes you are right that I did send my husband down because he is way more patient than I am and I wasn’t going to encounter an argument with the rude person on reception. Don’t act like you done me a favour because I paid over the odds for a dirty box room with filthy carpets. If you continue to lie in your response I will be happy to post all the photos I have which will shut down your account of events. Look at other reviews and you will see the hotel staff have a tendency of lying! Happy to share all the pictures if any one requires them. And yes! This hotel didn’t meet my standards and you are right I won’t stay here again. I visit Paris a lot and rooms tend to be small but not dirty. People are generally helpful not at this hotel! Checked in and had a notification from booking.com asking if I was still interested in the hotel so I clicked on it and found it was over €100 cheaper and we literally just paid for the room! The room is small and honestly for a superior room pretty poor. Walls are dirty, there is rubbish on the balcony too that no one has bothered cleaning up. My husband went and spoke to reception and he basically said oh well you’ve paid for it now! Ruined our wedding anniversary. Don’t take the photos for what it really is. I can imagine it’s a good location but rooms are dated and dirty for the price. Wish I had done my research a bit better or even checked yesterday so I could have cancelled. Midway of writing this I found a bug on the bed! Wow!. .

A pleasant and convenient stay in a prime location. A great option in a high-end destination!. The hotel is nicely located near prestigious shops, restaurants, and attractions, including the Champs-Élysées. It's clean and not overwhelmingly large, which adds to its charm and makes it a pleasant stay. Free coffee and tea available, adding a nice touch to the stay!. Minor issues: the shower was very comfortable in terms of temperature and pressure, but the water spread a bit too much into the rest of the bathroom. Additionally, there are no outlets near the bedside table or headboard. Nothing major, though!.
