Staff were helpful and friendly. There was no dinner facility despite there being a menu in our room - only salad and soup available which was disappointing as we had been told that we could have dinner and had booked a table. We were rushed as we had a show booked and this left us little time to find somewhere else to eat dinner..

Stay in January 2025. This was our fourth and last stay at Aulivia. First I don't see any differences between and standard room and the superior one, which we had booked. Second your light switching system is the worst. Every time your turn on/off the lights everything flashes, that's totally annoying. It seems like it is not possible to lock the window in room 204. That's a no go in January. Last point is that you are promoting your rooms with something like 'no noises' and it is extremely loud in all rooms I stayed in so far. On our first day of this year's stay there were constructions or something in the room next to us. That is not what I expect from a four star hotel in Western Europe.. .

Do not come to Hotel Aulivia Opera. I had the worst experience at this hotel. The room was dirty, with stains on the sheets and a terrible smell in the bathroom. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and when I complained, they just shrugged it off. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, and there were loud noises all night, making it impossible to sleep. The breakfast was a joke—cold, tasteless food with barely any options. Definitely not worth the money. I would never stay here again and highly recommend avoiding this place.. .

Friendly, clean and really great value. The staff were helpful and very friendly. We felt very well taken care of. Location was ideal for sightseeing and close to the train station. Lovely bakery and grocery on the block as well. Hotel was clean and comfortable. And a fun vibe. Would absolutely stay there again.. .

Lovely location, Friendly staff, definitely will be back!. Lovely location easy to get anywhere by metro or by foot. Cozy and clean room, Lombard was great giving us a few assist and suggestions, friendly.
Great Pastry shops around as good restaurants. .
