. Staff were very nice and helpful but the dining menu was very limited, the rooms are much darker as they lack lightning, also many of the sockets did not function. . .

. Did not have a good experience here. I had three rooms , in one room AC did not work,spent the night in heat. Moved to another room the shower did not work. Very poor from a reputable name. I hope i get credit for at least one room back. Did notify the manager.. .

Not friendly to a mum with a baby. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an experience I had at your restaurant recently. On 2 July 2024 I arrived with my infant just ten minutes after breakfast had ended. I kindly asked if I could make myself a small paper cup of coffee using the coffee machine, as I had been unable to have any coffee during breakfast due to attending to my baby. Unfortunately, the head manager responded quite rudely, stating that I would be charged for the coffee since breakfast was over. I found this response to be both unpleasant and disappointing. As a mother with a young child, it can be quite challenging to manage time, and it was particularly disheartening to be treated this way when I simply needed a quick cup of coffee. I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration to improve the experience for other customers in the future.. .

Wonderful stay and friendly staff. My stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul grand bazaar was a wonderful experience! The hotel is in a good location filled with nearby restaurants and shops !blue mosque and Hagia Sophia , grand bazaar is 10 mins by car ! Hotel is 44 mins from Istanbul airport! Hotel rooms are well kept and bed sleeps well ! Rooms are sound proof ! Gym is small but handy ! Hotel has a good breakfast variety !! My mom and I had the pleasure of meeting the most amazing and hardworking employee in the breakfast area , Miss Aynur ! Who always went above and beyond making sure everyone needs were met , has great communication skills and always willing to help ! The staff is friendly and welcoming! Overall wonderful stay , safe area , great amenities and affordable accommodation! Will definitely stay again when am in Istanbul!. .

Terrible visit. I booked the hotel for one night , was terrible night , air condition not working , water basin blocked and took time to flush the water and they can’t change the room, it’s really hot . When I asked the reception for solution they send portable fan, further more when get argue with them , they sent another fan . I don’t recommend the hotel to any one. 150 USD for night .. .

. My partner and I spent 2 weeks here and had a great time. All the staff were great but in particulars our housekeeping lady Sanya was lovely and very accommodating. Always with such a warm smile. As a wheelchair user I found that getting into a little difficult but once in everything was fine. And we did find that staff were always there always in hand to help us. We had room service one night an though the menu was limited the food was good. We had a room on the 6th floor with a Terrace which had an amazing view of the city and the sea. We happily returned next time we go to Istanbul. I did find getting the city was fairly easy for me to wheel around in my chair so would go back. Thank you guys for making our holiday nice and comfortable x. .
