Lovely surprise for an affordable hotel. The staff were so incredible! Although the pool was extra on the website they let us in for no charge and provided lots of complimentary drinks. The rain.

Exceptional. Our experience in this hotel was amazing, The service is great and everyone working there is nice and kindhearted especially the syrian worker Abdou who made our experience even greater , we went as a newly married couple from Algeria and we don't regret our decision at all. The food was so tasty and allowed us to get a taste of different turkish delights . Also, the place was so clean and the rooms were daily cleaned .. .

Everyone was professional and up to the standard and very helpful in guiding us.. The service was excellent, and the staff was extremely friendly .. actually the reception was professional, and we felt welcomed from the very beginning.
They provided excellent service, and their attitude was very respectful.. I did not like that the duration of stay in Türkiye was only one week..
