Exceptional. Everything! The staff were brilliant, friendly and efficient. We stayed overnight for our half marathon and asked for a late check out; this was arranged and noted with our arrival among other details. The location was fantastic, just next to the station on a quieter street but close enough to the city centre but excluding the noise. Hotel building was beautiful and our room was more than sufficient for an overnight stay. We would definitely come back here again.. Further sound insolation from your neighbours on the same floor, we could hear them very well as they were getting ready to go out on the Saturday night....

Good. The atmosphere and the breakfast. I specifically took this room cause it said there was a bath but it was a super tiny one that can’t even fit one person + the twin beds were crazy noisy.

Yummy brekkie. Breakfast was excellent...lovely girl serving. Lovely original features. Chatty Barman. Gardens are exquisite.. Property could do with a lick of paint and replacement of floor tiles. A bit on the shabby side. Seating on room terrace were not suitable to sit on for longer than 5 mins😏. No "do not disturb" sign for the door..

Great location near to bars and beach. The room was clean. The hotel is very close to restaurants, bars and shops. The beach is almost 10 min walk. Very good location. Breakfast was great.. In January the room is very cold. There was an AC but was not enough to hit the room. We felt cold in the room and also in the bathroom..

A boost for the senses in midwinter.. The decor in the hotel was lovely. The feeling of grandeur with the chandeliers and artworks. Very welcoming.. Nothing really!.

Very good. The breakfast is amazing.. special thanks to Marlene that is really welcoming. The location and the room with terrace is really sunny and privacy is preserved so it's really perfect. Tv is old.. no Netflix...

Good but very thin walls. Friendly staff, cozy rooms (though pretty small). Amazing location. Very thin walls, windows were single pane so you could hear everything happening in the street. Small rooms.
