. The WiFi in my room was quite unstable. I had to constantly move to get a workable signal which was not that strong to begin with. It shouldn't be this way. It seemed to work fine in the lobby. So, it must be the location of my room, but this is something they could easily improve, if they wanted.. .

No wifi in the room.. The wifi quality in the room was extremely bad. It was not possible to connect. We had tu use our personal (expensive) data. We mentioned this twice at the reception desk AND we sent a mail to the assistant manager. They all said: we will fix it, but …. nothing happened, the whole week long. Pity. Very bad for a 4* hotel.. .

Great location near Taksim, decent stay overall with warm breakfast staff. . Great overall experience!
We had a great stay overall. While nothing particularly stood out, the young staff at breakfast were a pleasant surprise—very polite and smiling while serving. The hotel itself is nice with decent rooms, good amenities, and a satisfactory breakfast. The best part is its proximity to Taksim Street.
Only suggestion: the rest of the staff could be a bit more cheerful and welcoming.. .

. sadece 1 gecelik koanklama için yazılacak çok bir şey yok aslında ama genel olarak evet kaliteli, misafirperver, kibar olarak değerlendirebilirim fakat sabah saat 8 olmadan başlayan temizlik için gürültü son derece kötü ve rahatsız edici idi kaldığımız 3 kat lokasyonundan görevli olan bayan yada kişiler okadar sesli ve dikkatsiz derecede temizlik yapıyorlardı ki herşey çok rahatsız edici idi oda çıkış saatını 12:00/12:300 giriş saatini de 14:00 boşuna yapılmıyor sabah çıkış yapılsa dahi yan odada konaklama yapan birileri var ise ki vardı bukadar da sesli temizlik ve kalkın hadi dercesine tak tuk tarafımızca hiç hoş karşılanmadı açıkçası okadar konaklama deneyimi olan bir olarak yazıyorum ki olmadı diye bilirim bu saat sistemini boşun yapmamışlar değilmi !!!!!. .
