Great Location.. Great location, just a 4-minute walk from Taksim Square. Beds are very comfortable. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A convenient and pleasant place to stay in the heart of Istanbul. The breakfast is also nice. Enjoyed my stay here.. .

Think twice . The room is cramped. The cupboard panels were broken. The shower had no door/panel. As a result, each time the shower is used, the entire (tiny) room gets wet. When we asked about it, first they said that standard rooms don't have shower doors. The next person we spoke with, said that it is because guests break the panels! The water would not drain away from the shower tray and it flooded quickly. The maintenance guy said it was not blocked and was an issue for the shower fitters. Breakfast is reasonable, but served in a small space that began to smell of milk gone bad!. .

Excellent experience!. Excellent stuff! My friend left her clear retainers in the cafateria and when we went there they already threw it out but after we told them, two waiters started searching for it in the bin until they found it! Thank you so much again, I reccomend this hotel!. .

. I booked a suite for 2 nights but was checked into a basic room instead coz suite was not available without informing. When asked they promised to give me the biggest room the next day and again no one contacted me for the same. Paid for a suite for 2 nights and spent the nights in a basic room instead. Although they are refunding the fare difference but my entire experience was very disappointing.. .

Good stay overall. The staff was very helpful and friendly as well the location was excellent with many activities and attractions around it. Cleaning needs much focus and improvements in general, mainly inside the rooms and restaurants as well. My expectations of such a reputed chain of hotels were shaken as I was expecting to see a lot more than that, especially when comparing it to other hotels of the same level and reputation.. .

. Sehr tolle Unterkunft! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Auch das Personal war aufmerksam und hat uns alles abgenommen (Koffer tragen etc.) Nur zu empfehlen! . .
