A good hotel for coming from the euro star station.it was a bit pricy compared to other places Ihave stayed. The location from the station was great. It was basic but clean..

Exceptional customer service. We arrived before the check in time with my partner feeling unwell and this was noticed by the front staff Amad who offered us our room right away after a few phone calls. We appreciated it very much and this is by far the best customer service throughout our Europe trip. The room and location is nice despite occasional noise close to the station but with eateries and supermarket close by. Perfect choice if require to stay close to Gare Da Nord station. .

Good hotel location in reasonable price. I highly recommend!. The location of the hotel is great. It is walking distance from Paris Gare du Nord. There are a lot of restaurants, stores, pahrmacy nearby. The hotel staffs are very helpful, friendly and accomodating. The hotel has access to both stairs and elevator. City tax you have to pay upon check in. The room is descent size with one queen bed and one single bed perfect for family. It has a separate mini den for clothes and desk. It has a descent size balcony with a nice view. It is very quiet at night even it is very close to a busy main street. The easy to push button for blinds is a bonus! The washroom is a good size as well. It is very clean and cozy. Overall stay is amazingly wonderful!. .

Very good. Great shower - good water pressure Super close to Gar du Nord & Eurostar!. There is was no coffee/ no coffee making facilities in room No fridge No tissues.

Friendly staff. Near to the train station and a many restaurant around only things my opinion i can not move properly while im in shower to small but the room is good dont hear so muvh noisy because we are far from the elavator., outside i dont hear the noise. Pleasant to stay. .

Friendly beyond compare!. This is probably the friendliest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We were greeted by Omar at reception with warm smiles, words, chocolate treats and more. We got two great rooms- one with windows opening onto the street, one with a little outdoor alcove. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. But the kindness of the staff was out of this world. Everyone we met at reception greeted us with enthusiasm. When we left, Omar went and got us a wonderful treat of fresh baked bread. I cannot overstate how friendly this staff is and how happy we were to stay here. Merci, Omar and everyone at the hotel!. .
