Lovely small hotel. Very lovely small hotel with amazing location and wonderful staff. Our rooms were clean. Breakfast was tasty. We enjoyed every moment here. You can find good restaurants around. If you are a good walker, going to the city by foot is not hard. If you are planning to take busses prepare yourself for waiting. Otherwise bus connectivity with the city center is good.. .

Worst hotel in ROME. Location is in a residential area far from centre, no food places nearby at all, buses good 6-20 minute uphill walk!
Mattress was hard and really uncomfortable!
Wouldn’t stay at this hotel again ever if it was free!!!
Had a bad experience our final night, don’t know if it’s his real name or not,… “roberto” ( heavy set old man) threatened and harassed us outside where our taxi was waiting for us at 3:30AM all because I had asked what his name was. Already late for the airport and we had to deal with being shouted and threatened at, thank god for the taxi driver who intervened.

God forbid you get sick and need help here, I kept having to ask this employee only one there at night for a blanket only yo be ignored because he was too busy having a conversation with another male guest in his language. If you speak Italian and are make then you get special treatment but if your females and only speak English here then it’s a different attitude!. .

Small smoky room, long walk to town. Reservation info was incorrect upon arrival, tried to charge me again once the correct dates were sorted (it had been prepaid). Room type wasn't right. Housekeeping was sent to check our room (for no reason) at night and entered without knocking. Front desk just made up a reason why he had sent the housekeeper. We felt VERY uncomfortable after that. Room was small and walls were fabric, smoke smell from prior guests is VERY prominent. Hotel is a minimum 3km walk to any point of interest. So if you aren't a walker be prepared for taxi costs. Room was clean (but smoky) upon arrival. Hot water was unpredictable in the shower. Water pressure was ok but not great. . .
