3 nights stay with a family. Very kind and supportive staff, the clean rooms with comfortable bed, yes the rooms have with a bit tired renovation, but they are still fine. Very comfortable parking and there was always the place to park. The dinner in the restaurant in the hotel was good: you can choose a lot different dishes in the menu. p.s. There is no lunch in the hotel. Very good wifi and very good coffee in the room.. The charging stations are very expensive: 18 EUR minimum for the 1 session - when you have a hybrid and you need a charger for a range of 50 km, it is overprice. Also I should mention a breakfast: the assortiment is very poor. In my opinion the breakfast was one of the worst one which I tested during 2024. I think it is better to increase price for a night by 6-7 EUR and offer much better breakfast..

Strange Novotel next to a mosche . Not a nice hotel it was below Accor standards terrible breakfast , diner with gold hamburgers, funny clientele in pantoufle all the day long in the common part of the hotel Also it was impossible to get any staff per phone as they never picked up End we could not even get a receipt and an invoice eventhough as they could not print it to send it per email but nothing … never again as it was quite expensive . .

Would not recommend. The hotel is apparently rated as 4 star but quite frankly it doesn’t deserve any stars. The hotel is neglected and tired, in need of a much needed renovation and change of personnel! On arrival, there are a number of steps and no accessible option with luggage, which is odd. On entering you are met with a strange smell, which appeared to be a feature rather then a one off, and no designated reception. The stairway was thread bare and worn out carpet, not a little bit, but large sections. The rooms themselves are tired and badly maintained. For example, where there has been some form of maintenance it has been poorly done, leaving obvious patches. The bathroom furniture is stained and very old. There is a damp smell within. The temperature of the room was unbearable, too hot, even when the heating was turned off. The room was not very clean, the windows were dirty, as were mirrors. There is no thought as to location or adequacy of plugs for charging. They only provide the basic shampoo, conditioner and gel, no shower caps, slippers, etc. The bed linen was not clean and on day one we noticed a blood stain (fresh) on a pillow case - we assume that it was not changed from the previous occupants. The towels are thin and threads coming out, plus we were never given enough towels. Also, the walls are incredibly thin and you can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms (in all directions!) as well as the corridors. The sofa bed creaks and makes noises in every movement and is incredibly uncomfortable! We did not take breakfast at the hotel or have any other meals there so cannot comment on the state of the food. The staff are unapproachable. For the few days we were there, we were never greeted on arrival or departure.. .

Amazing holidays with Novotel Creteil. The hotel left a wonderful impression from the staff, the spacious lobby, the comfortable room and the restaurant. We traveled by car and stayed in Paris for 5 nights. So it was important for us to have comfortable accommodation relatively close to the main attractions. 20-30 minutes by car to the center of Paris, 30-40 minutes to Versailles. The restaurant with a great choice for breakfast was also very helpful. The Creteil neighborhood itself seemed very quiet and comfortable to us. The Creteil Soleil shopping center 7 minutes by car from the hotel has a large supermarket and a huge food court with famous chain brands like McDonalds, Five guys etc. We went to the Italian restaurant Vapiano - very good quality food and service, I recommend it.. .

Terrible dirty hotel avoid. My stay at this hotel was a nightmare from the moment we walked in. The lobby had an unpleasant smell, and things only went downhill from there. The room was in a deplorable state, with stains on the carpet, dirty bed linens, and an unclean bathroom. It felt more like a run-down motel than a hotel. In fact, the conditions were so appalling that we had to leave and book another hotel. The only glimmer of hope was when the receptionist lady promised a refund, but our hopes were shattered when Expedia reached out, and the hotel heartlessly refused to honor that promise. This was a truly regrettable experience. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!. .
