The electric on the tracks vibrated through me all night. Air con didn’t work it was very hot for March couldn’t open the window due to the noise.

Rude front desk manager. We stayed here for olympics. Rooms were spacious and breakfast was good. Location was also good however the air conditioning was not working. It was 34 degrees outside so this was very inconvenient. We could not keep the windows open due to the outside noise.
The front desk manager was very rude and totally ignored our complaints. He even called police on us.. .

a great budget city break hotel if you’re not going to be spending a lot of time in the room and if you’re not too fussy. Good location for access to metro and train station, we got the Eurostar which was only a 10 minute walk away which made it super easy for travelling, breakfast was continental but still good options that kept us full until lunch and slightly different food items everyday which kept it interesting, I liked that there was a water bottle refill machine, not everywhere has this but was super handy, could store luggage for free before checkout, staff helpful and friendly, room cleaning service also good, we also slept well and found beds comfy. hairdryer in bathroom could be a bit more powerful and I found after a while it got a bit hot to hold, general maintenance could be good in the bathroom- better lighting and general clean of tiles, sometimes the bath didn’t drain and I had to lift up the plug and sometimes the toilet would flush continuously until you pressed it again, one of the paintings inside the frame had fallen down, a mini fridge or kettle in room would also be a nice addition. Sometimes the lift was also a bit temperamental, sometimes it sent us to a different floor or would not go up, couldn’t understand why this happened sometimes, outside of the hotel probably needs some improvement but interior nice.

Good option for overnight stay around Gare du Nord/Gare de l'Est.. Large modern hotel within walking distance of both the Gare du Nord and the Gare de l'Est. Very comfortable and reasonably priced. No restaurant but decent breakfast. In my opinion it is a nicer option than the hotels around the Gare du Nord. Will use again.. .

Good place to stay!. nice comfortable place. We stayed as a family of 3. got a nice room.. hotel is within walking distance of lot of restaurants for one to grab on the go. There was an Indian restaurant too.
