Noise ventilation. Friendly staff Great breakfast. The room had a loud noise (from some kind of s ventilation) all night. We were in a family room , our kids didn't fall asleep till 1hr at night and we barely slept. We went to the reception and they apologised and said they can't switch off the ventilation. Such a room is not suitable for sleeping with this outside ventilation on and much less so for a family room! We had a discussion with the reception the next day who said she would have made a discount for us on the night if we hadn't already paid but since we already paid she cannot do anything except reach out to senior management with our complaint. Unfortunately we haven't heard from anyone in more than a week now , and neither have we had a confirmation email that someone is looking at an appropriate compensation. Overall unacceptable for a 4 star hotel, a pity as jts a very beautiful hotel.

A fantastic hotel with a very friendly staff in a great location of Paris!. My family & I stayed at this property from July 24th to August 5th while attending the Paris ‘24 Olympic Games. We were very happy with the confort of the rooms, the breakfast quality of food, but mist important the friendliness & smiles of the staff! The hotel is close enough to the “lights” of Paris, yet far enough to make you feel a real resident of Paris. Thank you to all of the hotel staff for giving us such a positive experience! Do not stay here. Please do not stay here. We stayed here in June, so the weather was quite warm already. However, the room did not have a functioning air conditioner, so the lady at the front desk gave us a single small fan which obviously was not able to cool down the room. This inevitably lead to a family member getting a terrible migraine, ultimately ruining their overall experience of Paris. Additionally, the water pressure of the shower was terrible and the rooms toilet paper was never restocked. Do not waste your money on this establishment, it is 100% not worth it.. .

This hotel is a bad joke!. I arrived early and was able to get into my room, which was great. This is where the good news stopped. I was told that I was not able to flush the toilet as there was plumbing work beng done in the hotel, but as I was early, I was ok with this. I was told that it would be restored by 3pm, the normal check-in time. I went out, returning to my hotel at 4:20pm to be told it was still not possible to use the toilet. I complained and the lady on the desk phoned her manager, at which point it suddenly became ok to flush it! The room was very cold and the heating didn't seem to be working, so I went downstairs to see if I was doing something wrong. The lady on the desk said, no, probably not, the heating often isn't working - not good enough! They gave me a heater, but...another issue. I opened the bottle of free mineral water in the room to find it had already been opened and was crusty around the lid. Back down to reception to get it swapped for a fresh one. I asked if it was possible to have a late check-out and was told I could stay until 2pm instead of 12 for 30 euros. Again great - until I discovered that the water in my room had been switched off. ANOTHER trip downstairs to get it sorted out - which they did, but...another issue. While it was off, I asked for another bottle of "mineral" water, which they willingly provided. The lady came out of the kitchen wiping the outside, having clearly filled the bottle. Apparently, the so-called "mineral water" is from a filter jug/tap - but apparently this is perfectly acceptable because "it is not from the toilet". When I went back up to my room, my key card was no longer working. This was the last straw. The hotel is hopeless, and the staff, while willing to rectify mistakes, seem neither surprised not bothered by them and seem to think it is strange that I am. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend that you give this place a very wide berth!. .

Good. Reception staff was kindly and helpful. AC not working in both rooms.
