Worse expierence ever!. I booked this hotel online from the US. I knew the area was very croudy in the old city but i knew nothing about the hotel. I was recommend by a friend that stayed there 2 years ago. The hotel room is not clean, they did not grant the expedia booking. They actualy overcharged it by £ 10 a night. I was too tired so i paid infront as requested. The breakfast was ok i guess. Very limitted types and charge extra for juices. My stay was going to be 11 days but im gratefull that I started with 2 days to give it a try. The sheets and beding were worn out and the hotel have no security. Anyone can come in and there is no security nor a door man at night. They have loud music running in the lobby area where they have a bar and that music was running in my ears while trying to sleep on the 3rd floor. The music was up to 2 am or after and no it was not a weekend. 2nd night I was sleeping and waked up at 4am on yelling behind the doors in the hallways. I said enough. Im by all means not a picky guy and dont like to write reviews but this one i must. When i left they had me a bill of about $20 for things i didnt consume. I argued that and paid half of what they claimed. The funny thing is that i left one of my leguage pieces with a friend in another room when i picked it up the 2nd day there actually was a door guy chasing me outside thinking that im leaving without paying and asking the taxi guy to wait till he checks if i paid and checked out properly.. .

The hotel was very good and the. The hotel was very good and the facilities were good. The location was also convenient and overall good value for money. However, the staff were not particularly obliging and the disco in the basement area became very noisy.. .

Filthy hotel. I booked this hotel because it was rated as a 4-star hotel and I wanted a nice place for my wife's birthday. I had arranged for a queen size bed. The room was absolutely terrible. To begin, we were given two single beds, the mattresses were 2 inches thick, the only other piece of furniture was a chair with torn upholstery and a 13" flat screen tv. The window did not close and it was very hot. The room looked nothing like the photos on their website, not even close. This hotel should be rated a 1-star, maybe 2-star at best.. .

. The staff were very friendly and polite and most of all very kind and very help full. I would recommend anyone to go this hotel I will definitely book this hotel again. .

Pay and stay in nice hotel. Very good location. Staff helpfull. Huseyin give to the quest very welcome positive note. Lounge on the top super fun. Room very big . Only one thing bad who doesn't like loud music there is like in the disco :). All the best for hotel in total 10.. .

Friendly hotel for a woman traveling alone. I stayed here for business trip and overall the hotel was fine. The single rooms are very small but comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and most of the staff spoke English. The tram is a few blocks from the hotel and it is easy to take the tram (or walk following the tram line), to all the major sites.. .

. It was NOT 4.5 star hotel. As I was traveling with family, cleanliness was important. I picked this hotel based off it's high price, and its 4.5 star rating. It doesn't even deserve a 3 star rating. It was old, unclean, and elevators did not work. The elevators were very small, so you had to wait until it unloaded riders, and for it to come back up for your turn. Then when it came up, the doors remained open for 1.5 seconds....only to lose your turn. The carpets in the room, and hallways were stained, different colors, and a few burnt spots. DEFINITELY NOT A 4.5 STAR HOTEL. . .

Good choice in Istanbul. This hotel seems to cater to the German & Russian crowd but most of the personnel speak some English. The hotel is a bit old but clean and in a great location near the tram and walking distance to all the main sites. Internet works well and is free, there's an indoor pool and the view from the top floor restaurant has to be one of the best in Istanbul. The spa services are all extra and pricey. If you care mostly about location, basic comfort & good Internet, this is a great hotel. The front desk staff are helpful, breakfast is fine and the neighborhood is safe & convenient.. .
