Great location, good people but awful wifi. Firstly the location is really good 10 mins walk to the blue mosque and other places. Staff was excellent and curtious. Breakfast spread was amazing, loved local cheese and bread variety.. The Internet was a huge problem, it kept disconnecting our entire stay and we couldn't use it at all. We also couldn't control the thermostat at night it became so warm 🥵. There was no iron in the room..

Good experience. Location, hotel room was better in our second stay. Staff was cordial, helpful . Manager helped and accommodated our request. Breakfast was nice too

We were given courtesy accommodation by Turkish airline for their stop-over program. And decided to extend for 3 more nights. It was a good decision choosing this hotel. Because of the location that is close to the historical sites in Sultanahmed area.
We had a bit if a problem with the blanket. And they willingly change the blanket to a brand new one.. .
