False Advertisement for a mediocre hotel. I booked this hotel on 9/1-9/3 for a 1 nights stay coming from the Amalfi. We canceled on the spot when we arrived at the hotel and rebooked in Rome city. This hotel is VERY old and Badly in need of renovations. This is not a 4 star hotel at best 1 star. They even charged me $125 penalty fee for canceling on the spot. Did not matter those accommodations were not up to par and Certainly NOT up to my standards I looked at the rooms and there were no modern outlets and the linen was old and worn. No restaurants around and in town to walk to. Overall, just horrible with false advertisement. .

Great place to stay near the airport. We had just flown back from Bari and as we had visited Rome before we decided to stay near the airport for our flight back to Australia the next day. This hotel was great - staff were very helpful, room was nice - we had one with a balcony, breakfast was very good, and lots of really good restaurants for dinner just down the road. The hotel also allowed a late check out of 12pm which suited our flights the next day perfectly. We didn't use the pool but the are on the roof top is lovely. The shuttle service to the hotel to and from the airport was also handy and only 7 euro each way. We also went for a lovely walk around the harbour area in the morning which was nice. overall I would highly recommend this hotel.. .

One night, no problem. Spent one night prior to our flight back to Canada, we had no issues. Easy paid transfer from/to the airport. Check in was fast and when we checked in we found the room to be very clean, spacious and we had a great view of the harbour. At 3 weeks of travel thru Italy, we got a well needed nap on a comfy bed 👍 before going out for a tour. I am leaving a 4* because we tried to use the beautiful outdoor pool and lounge but when we got up there, a large number of drunk men were at the pool area and we didn’t feel comfortable staying. Talked to the front desk was told it was a retirement party, they should not be at the pool area and told us to wait until the party was done. We didn’t do that. Note: the pool area was lovely! Great hotel, maybe we will return one day.. .

Affordable and clean but uncomfortable bed. Hotel is clean, close to airport and affordable. The bed is as hard as rock as are the pillows. There is a shuttle to the airport for 7 euro.. .

Fine for an overnight stay. Fast check in. Rooms were basic but fine with a nice view over harbour. Had a drink on roof bar in evening which was pleasant. Plenty of restaurants etc outside hotel with short walk. Very busy in the evening with families and some stalls etc. only real bugbear was the transport to hotel. Came late and had no storage space. We were literally stuffed on. Hubby and I had to sit in front with driver and no seatbelt. Totally unacceptable and people were very unhappy as luggage was packed behind heads. What a joke. Would stay here again for area to walk around at night but would get a taxi next time to airport.. .

Plenty of better options!. I can't fathom the good reviews this hotel received. The room was musty, the furniture was dirty and had ripped fabric, the walls had marks all over them. I gave it 2 stars only because the guy at check in was very friendly. I definitely would not recommend staying here - there are plenty of other options in the area.. .

Very disappointed. Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the 4-Star Rating I've traveled to Italy many times and have always had wonderful experiences — until this stay. I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has so many good reviews or a 4-star rating. It felt more like a 2-star experience at best. The rooms are extremely outdated. The bathroom still has an old bathtub that is unusually high, making it difficult to shower safely or comfortably. There's visible rust around the tub, and surprisingly, no electric outlet in the bathroom. The furniture is old, worn-out, and feels neglected. The breakfast was another major letdown. Tables were dirty and uncleared, so if you wanted to eat, you had to sit with someone else’s used dishes. Also, forget about Italy’s famed fresh coffee — everything is dispensed from a machine. The shuttle service was one of the worst parts. Completely overcrowded with both people and luggage, hot and uncomfortable. Despite multiple requests, the driver ignored us and refused to turn on the air conditioning, even laughing at our discomfort. On arrival, we were left standing in the hot sun while the driver finished a cigarette and chatted with a friend. No effort was made to assist or show any urgency. Overall, this was a waste of money and not a pleasant experience. If this hotel wants to maintain a 4-star rating, serious renovations and a complete overhaul of customer service are urgently needed.. .

. The property is far from the city but the bigger issue is that the front staff was not helpful at all in regards to an easy check in. I called prior to let them know I was coming early and they let me know there was a fee to check in early however they couldn't find record of the conversation and had to wait five hours to check into the room. . .
