I would happily stay here again - lovely room.. The house manager was wonderful and made great morning cappuccino for the guests. She even provided gluten free bread. The location close to the Spanish Steps and walking distance to many restaurants and popular sites. Bed and linens were plush. Nicely decorated and maintained room.. I didn’t realize the room wasn’t in a hotel with evening check-in which meant we had to walk 10 minutes to a sister hotel to pickup the keys. Also there were a number of stairs that couldn’t be avoided with the small elevator..

Best staff and great location. The service provided by the staff was one of the best we’ve received in all our travels. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location was excellent, you can see the Spanish Steps from the front of the townhouse and the Spagna metro is to the left of the Spanish Steps. It is also very safe, takes 4 keys to reach your room.. Not much.

It felt almost like a home due to the layout and warmth of the staff Thais and Alessia. Loved that whole area and could. The location, decor and the exceptional front desk staff Thais and Alessia, who made it feel like home. They gave good instructions prior to arriving and were helpful in pointing us to a laundromat, arranging airport shuttle, eating recommendations. Also did a couple of free tours run by the hotel brand. Out of that came a trip to a wonderful lunch restaurant nearby frequented by Italians.. Shower a little small but not a big deal.
