Townhouse Condotti 29, while needing some adjsutments, is in a fine location, under superb management by Thais. The hotel is in a prime location near the Spanish steps, though difficult to find due to lack of signage.
Thais, the manger, is charming and thoughtful and does everything to make your stay comfortable.
And Fred was a great help with carrying our luggage.. Too many steps to navigate with luggage. Our room was small, including the bathroom, and needs better lighting. Breakfast menu needs more fresh variety (better bread, for one item). The hotel should graduate from room keys to room key cards..

Dejligt hotel (bed/breakfast) centralt med super betjening. Super sød betjening, lå fantastisk centralt, gode senge og fungerede med opbevaring af kufferter v/andet hotel der lå tæt på da vi skulle hjem. Rengøring ok på værelset men kunne godt forbedres lidt.

It felt almost like a home due to the layout and warmth of the staff Thais and Alessia. Loved that whole area and could. The location, decor and the exceptional front desk staff Thais and Alessia, who made it feel like home. They gave good instructions prior to arriving and were helpful in pointing us to a laundromat, arranging airport shuttle, eating recommendations. Also did a couple of free tours run by the hotel brand. Out of that came a trip to a wonderful lunch restaurant nearby frequented by Italians.. Shower a little small but not a big deal.

It was a great experience!. First of all, the location was super central, and we could easily walk everywhere. Our room was cleaned every day and the breakfast was great. But I’m mainly writing this to thank Thais. She was so cheerful and helpful that we honestly felt at home. When I come back to Rome, I’ll definitely stay here again.
