The worst stay EVER. ONLY THE LOCATION. This is the 4th time I've stayed at this specific hotel, and I’ve ALWAYS been very satisfied with all the amenities. However, this particular stay was THE WORST. We booked 2 rooms because there were 3 of us, both superior rooms. We arrived in the afternoon and immediately went to the city. Upon returning, one of the rooms (303, if I’m not mistaken) had a wooden pine door on the wall (the person staying in that room is allergic). Since there was no one at reception after 5 PM, we called another number we were given for the White Hotel. The person in charge at reception was incredibly rude, sarcastic, and completely unhelpful. He didn’t even bother to come to the hotel to see the situation for himself. Initially, he suggested we move to Hotel Academia, which is terrible (we stayed there before). Then, when I said I would contact Booking, he miraculously found a room at the White Hotel, even though he previously claimed it was fully booked. We suggested that since one of the rooms they gave us was a triple room, they could refund us, but he rudely refused. Not only was there no assistance with our luggage, but we also had to move rooms ourselves because the staff was rude and indifferent. I have never encountered such behavior anywhere else! Hotel Elite is the absolute worst! It would also be a good idea to provide customers with what you show in the photos and pay more attention to cleanliness and odors. The only thing you seemed to care about was that we paid the city taxes and checked out by 11:00 AM..

Perfect for getaway. Room was always clean, and each day we got complimentary water, crossaints and coffee. It was also close to the bus station and metro and also close enough to tlsee the attractions on foot. Our window didn't have a nice view but I would stay here again.

Perfect room great location. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel Elite. The room was perfect size , very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and right size for a family. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived I kind gentleman helped us with our luggage . Before we made our reservation I had emailed the hotel to inform about my daughter’s allergies. Front desk responded and made sure that we wouldn’t have any problems during our stay to the hotel. The location is just in the middle of everything! We’ve walked all over the city and metro was 5 min walk .Everything was perfect!. .

Exceptional. Great option in a good region but not so noisy street, which is perfect in Rome. Rooms were modern and with good amenities.. .

Idea hotel for stay in Rome.. Property is in the centre so a short walk to the attractions. The room was large and very clean. Staff friendly and helpful.. .

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM: Fake pictures and Fake Reviews. Please whatever you do, DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE! The positive reviews of this hotel are fakes, the photos posted of the hotel, are also fakes. This place is known as a scam to locals in the tourism industry as well. First of all you don't even check in at the hotel, you have to go to another property "hotel white" to check in, so if there are any issues, you are a 10 minute walk away. The man at the front desk was incredibly rude at the checkin and immediately started arguing with me about how long we were staying...then we had to walk uphill to the actual hotel and room. When we arrived at the hotel, it was apparent that we had been had, the lock to the street on the door had been ripped completely off, the "lobby" was dirty and shabby. Then we got to our room. The room was disgusting, the walls were filthy, the carpet had multiple large stains, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. NOTHING like the photos you see. There were missing outlets, holes in the walls, and the place was just gross We went to ask for another room, but the guy at the front desk of the other hotel started yelling at us, we did not spend anytime at this hotel and are fighting the charges. These people should be ASHAMED of themselves DO NOT STAY HERE, IT'S DANGEROUS, FILTHY AND SCAM!!!. .

Not bad, could have been better.. Not bad but could have been better. The room was quiet small and it was quiet noisy in the hotel. We could hear people next to us and above us coughing etc. Good location though, and the lady on the desk was really nice. We arrived after 5 and had to check in at their sister hotel round the corner. The man walked us over to the hotel though. The bed was uncomfortable and so were the pillows, so we didn’t have the best night sleep. The WiFi is hit and miss and we couldn’t watch the TV as it was in Italian.. .
