Nice placed hotel but small rooms. Rooms are very small and the noise coming from outside was disturbing. They were doing some infrastructure working in the back yard and we asked for another room with less noise. They said they will change it the next morning but it never happened. Breakfast was nice but the main problem is the size of the rooms. Incredibly small. The smallest i have ever see. . .

Disappointing hotel. The rooms were so tiny and not that clean and one of the rooms has a bad smell.
One of the staff lied to us.
We gave our laundry (in hotel' bags) to one of the staff, who said he will take care of it.
But later on, we discovered that they don't provide this kind of serves.. .

changed my hotel to another one. booked this hotel as the breakfast on the top floor with sea view ,
changed my hotel the last minute (the night before my travel),

. Breakfast was plentiful and wonderful….We stayed a week and was never bored …metro was right across the street and tramway station a block away. Everything you needed was a within walking distance….. .

Nice hotel , close to many city attractions. This hotel is nicely located in Istanbul old city. I have stayed in this hotel many times.
This was the first time I uncomfortable in my stay. We were 2 people and were giving a room that barely fits for one person. Receptionist was unable to help us because the hotel was overbooked. The price we paid did not meet the value offered by the property !
Breakfast was ok with nothing special but the panoramic view from the top roof.
Personnel in this hotel were always ready to help. .

Great location, friendly staff and very clean. Would highly recommend this hotel. The location was fantastic with it being a close walk to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi palace and Grand Bazaar. Most of all the staff were lovely with one gentleman in particular always greeting us with a smile. He even helped sort out our pre booked transfer from the hotel to the airport. The cleaner called Aysha was great and always ensured the room was clean and came back to clean our room when it was convenient for me. The only thing I would say is the bathroom needs renovating as the shower bottom does look a bit worse for wear. Other than that it was a pleasant experience and would defo tell you to book if you considering it. . .
